Excellent administrative, clerical and problem solving skills to keep customers satisfied

Assist with dispatch functions

Interact with other departments on the customer’s behalf

Operate office equipment including copiers, fax, and calculators

Type with speed and accuracy, and use 10 key proficiently

Knowledge of basic computer skills to readily enter, access, review or change data as required

Ability to work varying shifts/hours/days

Detail oriented, organized, professional, and good customer service skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision
